Curry Leaves: Take about 20-25 fresh curry leaves and extract the juice after washing them in cold water. With this juice, add 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice, 1 teaspoonful of honey, and a cup of plain water. Lemon and Honey: Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water. Drink it after every meal for effective relief from indigestion.

Carom Seeds: Roast a teaspoon of carom seeds in a pan and crush them after they cool down and mix a pinch of salt in it. Consume it to get relief from stomach pain and gas.

Yogurt: Yogurt aids in digestion. Consume yogurt by mixing some crushed cumin seeds and salt at least twice a day.

Ginger: Drink warm water with grated ginger and honey. You can also add ginger with tea to get rid of indigestion. A combination of ginger and honey is good for acid reflux.
